Minnesota native and Prior Lake resident Bill Von Bank started his cottage food business, Bill the Pie Guy in the Fall of 2020. Since then, he’s been popping up at area farmers markets and other locations with his homemade pies.

sidelined high school hobby came back with a vengeance and led to an award winning micro bakery producing a variety of baked goods including: sourdough breads, croissants, bagels, english muffins and more.

This passion has allowed me to bake for a variety of special occasions from my son's wedding to the Taste of the NFL at the Super Bowl.
Now I am adding Bake Street Boyz which allows me to add my friends' amazing creations as an additional treat during special bake weeks.
